About the App
A13 Cars AI Shorts Manager (“the App”) is operated by A13 CARZ Limited, Unit 37 Vicarage Field Shopping Centre, Ripple Road, Barking, England, IG11 8DH. It is an internal tool that republishes A13 CARZ Limited’s own TikTok videos to its own YouTube channel as Shorts. Access is limited to people authorised by A13 CARZ Limited.
Using the App
- Only connect TikTok, YouTube and Dropbox accounts that you own or are authorised to manage on behalf of A13 CARZ Limited.
- Only republish content you have the rights to publish on YouTube, including any music or third-party material in the videos.
- You are responsible for the content published to your channel, including AI-generated titles and descriptions, which you can review and edit in the App.
- Do not use the App to create fake views, subscribers or engagement, or in any way that breaks the rules of TikTok, YouTube or Dropbox.
Third-party platforms
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service, and Dropbox to its own terms.
Availability
The App depends on third-party services and platform approvals that can change. We aim to keep it running but do not guarantee that every video will be published, or published within a particular time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, A13 CARZ Limited is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the App, or for actions taken by TikTok, YouTube or Dropbox. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
Ending use
You can stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
